Ive been watching Romanian AK-47 reviews online & everyone I watch people are saying that the older romanian aks they made a few years ago were Crap but the new ones are good. That being said, I have been more than happy with my Romainian WASR-10! It has functioned flawlessly and I can keep everything in the size of a pie plate out to 200 yards.
I am sure you will get lots of opinions saying SAR-1, along with others. Everyone is going to have a different view usually leaning to what they personally own.

Valmet is Finnish if I recall correctly, not Swiss.
