The 52C Winchester's that arrived at my Army ROTC unit in 1956 came equipped with Redfield Olympic front and rear sights. I believe the Redfield International rear sight came out later but was an improvement over the Olympic. The Palma came out even later and I don't believe it would be considered correct for the 52C but it might work.

I just checked the 1956 Gun Digest and it listed the 52C Heavy barrel as being available with Lyman 524 receiver and 77H front sights. It also listed it as being available with a Redfield Olympic 3 receiver sight and W670 front sight.

Thanks, I wonder if any "new" old Redfield olympic sights are to be had!

I don't know about "new" but very nice ones frequently show up on the big internet auction.
