Who Makes This Attachment? PICS

I know what it is and what it's used for, but can someone tell me What it's called and who makes it?

It attaches to the front sling swivel eye and allows you to "hook" your finger around it for better control.

It called a handstop. As to who made or makes it, one company was Al Freeland. Anschutz, MEC and Gehmann still make various models.
