CZ rifle stocks have a humped appearance between the pistol grip and the buttplate.

Is this Euro styling and if so what is the reason?

It's Euro style, and it serves the same function as a cheek pad does.
They take a little getting used to, as far as the look goes, but they work well for positioning your face to the sights and abating recoil.

I have their 550 in a full stock Euro model. Given the 9.3 Mauser chambering I think it makes a nice package, but it does look different. CZ offers most of their rifles in an "American" version with our conventional style stock.
