Shiloh or C. Sharps

I have been looking in to ordering a sharps and would love to get a little more info on them. Which is a better gun Shiloh or C. Sharps. How long is the waiting list to get one made.

They are closely comparable, I don't think you can reasonably say one is better than the other. C. Sharps uses Badger barrels, which some people prefer; Shiloh makes their own, very good ones. Shiloh has a Board and a lot of chit-chat. C. Sharps will likely have faster delivery. Either will have a few guns in stock and you might find one you like on the shelf. There is a dealer who keeps Shilohs on order and can furnish one on pretty short notice; for a price:

Big 8, at all costs, stay away from C.Sharps directly. They have made some beautiful and finely fitted rifles. But almost to a man, anyone who has dealt with the company's owner has had to involve their lawyer to get their rifle or their deposit back. I know of what I speak.
