savage 9317 mag problem

Dose any one else have a problem with the fallower sticking when the mag is fully loaded? If so how do I fix or should I just replace this Mag?

No issues with my 93fv in 22mag... same gun, same mags, just different chambering...

I got a spare clip with my new 93, and that clip was bad. Savage had a bad lot, they will replace it.
