One of my younger partners inherited this rifle last week from his wife's GF. 32/20 cal
I think it has a 26"? (might be 24") octagon barrel
20-30% blue
Wood actually looks good 70-80%
He doesn't shoot and just wants to know how old it is.
I think we will just clean it up a bit and put it above some books.
This is not the type firearm I know a single thing about.

One of the Winchester specialists might have a better chart, but that will get him in the ballpark to brag about his hundred+ year old rifle.
