Ransom Rest and Taurus 111 Mil Pro

The club I am joining has a Ransom Rest and a concrete baluster to mount it on. There is even a large selection of grip inserts. Alas, there is nothing for my PT 111 Mil Pro and when I got to thinking I would just order my own,.... Well there are no removable grips on this pistol. Is there a work around for this?

As always, thanks in advance.

Hello The last time I needed Ransom rest grip adapters for a Sako Tri Ace I called Ransom and had a set of blank grip inserts shipped to me.I then cut them to fit with Dremel tool. You might try that approach . Or you could trade in the 111 and get a Good design model 1911[}:)]

    Thanks.

I think I will keep the Taurus and just buy nice 1911 as well.
