i have a unfired marlin 1975 edition, anyone know a current value?

    best way to find out is do a search of closed auction to see what they are selling for ,
    it seems the 444 does not bring as much money as the 45-70 , just not as well liked , 2 weeks ago at a local gun show i purchased a like new Marlin 1895 in 45-70 for $325, the guy had all ready been thru the entire show , so he had already had several lower offers that he didn't take , my offer was the best of the day so he sold it to me.

    i had one (444) years ago and sold it ok rifle , some times wish i still had mine
