Beretta U22

I bought a U22 when they were first on the market, it's a standard model with a 4.5 inch barrel. Now that the 6 and 7.5 inch barrels are available separately, I'm planing on upgrading to one of the longer barrels. My question is concerning the adjustable trigger that now comes on the DLX models. According to the FAQ section on Beretta's website, standard models can have the adjustable trigger retrofitted. I was wondering if anyone knew the contact info to get the required parts and if anyone knew exactly how much work goes into accomplishing the said conversion.

I dont know how long this has been out but I just saw it. Does anyone know anything about the U22. I know it is just a 22 but it would be fun shooting with the carbine setup. I cannot find anything on the carbine portion for it. Does anybody know how much it costs? Any other info good or bad about it. Thanks

Hello I would contact either the BULLS-EYE group at LAVA LIST . there may be some Beretta shooters there or contact BERETTA and see what they suggest on both parts and how much they would charge . some company's will not sell fire control parts to just anyone. Every BUBBA gunsmith has said HOW HARD CAN IT BE . don't take a chance it could make for a dangerous pistol. Unless you are good with firearms everyone has to learn but I would think not much has been done by people on this fairly new design.
