weatherby ultralight safety--opinions

i'm seriously considering buying a weatherby ultralight. my only hestitation at all is that the safety seems rather coarse/rough to operate; not a smooth click at all.

anyone have experience on these? i suppose i could have a gunsmith smooth it out.

    I too was disappointed with the safety. As you stated, they seem to be a little rough, but I would think thats nothing a gunsmith couldn't tweak. My only hesitation is the price, but other then that they seemed like good quality rifles.
