Lorcin 380

What is your honest opinion of the Lorcin 380? What is the value of this pistol and is it very reliable. I have heard a lot of people say it is a piece of junk?

Best cheap gun you can buy...for the cheap money, that is.

They seem to work fine for about 100 rounds...or so. Then it is pull and pray...that it goes off, or sometimes one would pray it DOESN'T go oof for fear of wearing it. Total crap and dangerous to boot!

Try shooting ball ammo in it and see if you have any luck with it, It does not like any other type of ammo. If it does not work for you get rid of it. Dangerous, I don't think so!

Several years ago we had a murder trial in our county. The murderer used a Lorcin .380 as the murder weapon in an odd way. It failed to fire and he used the gun to beat the victim to death. So I guess it is a deadly weapon if used a certain way. The murderer is now on death row.
