H&R Handi-gun value.

An customer of mine that knows I'm into guns asked me today if I had any single shot .22 rifles that I would be willing to trade for from his description I think is an H&R Handi-rifle in .22 caliber. (Single shot, break top that can be fitted w/barreles of other calibers). He says the H&R is scoped (which he'll include) and that it's "too short" for him.
I have several rifles that I could offer. But I'm curious as to the value of the H&R so as to offr a fair deal. Thanks.

About $100 tops with scope. New ones dealer price under that.

the H&R rimfires can only be fitted with other rimfire barrels, so it does limit it's versatility.
I'd agree, $100 max with scope. When you can find nice little .22's for around $100-150, then the handi really doesn't offer much in comparison, except for kids just starting out and learning on a single shot.
