Help - We were robbed

Husband had a gun listed in his inventory that I can not find on the internet or in Gun Digest's Guns and Prices. Have you ever heard of Burbo H&W, 38 Special, serial number 413988, Made in Germany 5 1/2 inch barrel? Or is there some other resource I can go to, to get information for my insurance claim? Thanks so much in advance for any help or direction you can give me.

    Could he really have had an Arminius, made by H. Weihrauch in W Germany?

    If so, $100 would be a fair value.

    Probably "Burgo." I believe this was an importer's mark.

    Neal got it pretty much right. My reference shows that BURGO was a trade name used by a German firearms dealer/distributor, ( Karl Burgsmuller ). The revolvers were made by Rohm. My guess would be either their, Models RG-38 or RG-57, neither one was a big buck item.

    Our home of 27 years was burglarized. Guns, jewelry, etc. State Farm requires an enormous amount of information to process our claim. I could find nothing on this gun. I really appreciate the other 3 responses that were helpful to me.
