Trying to find the value of an LC Smith Field Grade 16 Gauge Side by Side shotgun made in 1924. Looks to be in good condition. Thanks for any assistance.

As previously indicated, it is at the top of the range for this shotgun, and with the economy as it is and probably will be for a while, it will not go up in value much. Further, spending that amount of money for a gun that if one shoots it will decrease its value is not something that I would do, but to each their own.
I can not believe what all of you Elmer J. Fudd wannabes are willing to pay that much for what is best used as a tomato plant stake[}:)]
