What caused this corrosion on some .223 rounds?

I checked on a cabinet that I keep ammo in, have not looked at this for a few years. The .223 rounds were in mil stripper clips and probably 40% of the had corrosion and the others did not. Some would have 6 in the clip out of 10 like that and some clips would only have 1 or 2. I can't seem to insert a picture, so the extent can not be seen just guessed at. The rounds were in a zip lock bag. I need to change something.

    You can insert a photograph but you probably need to read the 'Sticky' at the top of this forum titled 'Posting Photographs' in order to help you get started.
