quick gun show question

taking my son to one next weekend in flint mi...to find him a birthday present..just wondering if it is a usual custom for vendors to accept credit cards ? or should i load up with cash?

    Sorry but the answwer to your question is... it depends. Usually NO. Most of the larger dealers do take cards but to say they all do would be wrong.Taking cash allows you to bargain somewhat and is universally accepted. Put some in each pocket.

    It will be better to take cash. Many vendors will not take credit cards.

    I would certainly advise taking cash. You can barter with not all, but many gunshow vendors. And cash is the way to do it.

    I think more do than dont. But I would just use a check,or bring cash. make sure you know what you want and research the prices. Those little devils selling guns will run you out of house and home if your not smart

    want to up grade a pistol that was left to him by his grandpa...jennings 9[:(]...i know....i know[:D]..going to be more or less to price out and see what appeals to him and to make sure all is going to be okay..hand fit ..weight...etc but if we find something he likes we will be prepared. he is picking up his permit later this week...

    Please tell me the Jennings is going into the safe for storage? No matter how it blows as a firearm it did belong to his grandfather.
