STEEL TARGETS

Where can I get plans to build some steel targets? Some to reset by hand and maybe some to reset with a rope. I have IHMSA's plans for steel silhouetts but I have some scrap steel laying around thats not big enough for the silhouetts and I just want to make some plate type targets.
