NEED Welder for gun part

Looking for a BETTER THEN I AM Welder. I have a very small tip that needs to be redone/ built-up on a Hopkins and Allen SPUR trigger. I put together Semi-Truck Frames, not little stuf. HELP

I would find a good local machine/fab shop and have it TIG welded. Some of those guys are really good.

I agree on the TIG process. Material deposit w/o warping.

TIG is an excellent way to buld up parts that can not stand the heat.......

partsman, who you do frames for? I punched, cut, bent and welded Freightliner rails til that went south of the border. Still work at the Mt. Holly N.C. plant building medium duty trucks..

What's your 20 I do precision tig welding on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium,mild steel, brass, etc. I am in Norfolk Va.I have done class II and classIII work as well as repair and custom work on ruger single actions and 1911's.
