I bought a Kel-Tec P11 that takes S&W mags. Looking at S&W mags I find some that are listed for SW9C, E, G, GP, P, V, VE and another listing for the S&W99. Will these mags interchange? One happens to be blue and the other SS. Maybe that's the only difference.

These are the S & W pistols that take 59 series magazines.
Fits Model 59, 459, 659, 910, 910S, 915, 5903, 5904, 5906, 5923, 5924, 5926, 5943, 5944, 5946, 5903TSW, 5906TSW, 5943TSW and 5946TSW.

Please also note : the model 69 series mags also work (thats what I use) : 669 , 6906 , 6904 ect.ect.

The magazines your looking for are the double stack, 59 ( this was the first double stack pistol, that S & W made ) series.
These are the S & W pistols that take 59 series magazines.
Fits Model 59, 459, 659, 910, 910S, 915, 5903, 5904, 5906, 5923, 5924, 5926, 5943, 5944, 5946, 5903TSW, 5906TSW, 5943TSW and 5946TSW.

Heheheh. You forgot and left out the S&W model 559. One of which I have steel cabled in a wood/glass display box along with one of my old uniforms. [:)]
