Used barrels--Hillman?

Some days ago, an entry was made on one of these forums about a gent who has an assortment of barrels (used, new take-offs, etc.). It was stated that the man was not on the internet and one would have to phone him with questions. I haven't been able to find that entry again and wondered if I had his name right or not. Can some one enlighten me?

One, his used barrel business is a maybe proposition at best as to whether or not you get one that shoots.
And two, unless you know someone who knows him, how do you get in contact if he says, "Thanks, bye!" with your money. I know some people have difficulty even doing business on the internet but when someone has something to sell, it never hurts to establish yourself.
