winchester shot shells

Ihave a winchester yellow shotgun shell? It has never been shot .Do not know the gauge ,but 60 mm is on the brass and on the outside of the shotwad.? is what gauge is this ,what does it go in? and is ammo still avilable,andwho would have this info ?Any prior history is appreciated . Thanks Bill
