Grip screws for 70S Beretta

Can anyone help me with a search I am on? I need a grip screw for a 70S Beretta. I know that the gun has been discontinued around 1985. I am in the need of a grip screw to make a nice shooter complete. Is there any other gun that uses the same screw?
