Just got a creepy feeling about a gift I sent my sis in Dallas; is the zapper or the oc spray I sent her "legal" in TX? The zapper is 800,000 volts and the oc is dyed and over 3.5 million SHU in a 3.5oz. can.

Good to go on both counts.

EDIT: Richardson is a close-in suburb of Dallas, up along the N/NE side.

All good from what I can tell after a TDJ search. Your suster has a loving and concerned brother; good for both of you! Light 'em up, and hose 'em down, Sis!

Thanx a million guys, she said she'd just moved to Richardson (wherever that is), and the apartments she's in didn't appear to be as secure as the one she had in Austin. She's already got a nice little Sig .380 (and a CCW from nM), but I don't think she's ready to get bloodthirsty on her new neighbors yet.
Figured I'd ask since I had to sneak a couple into AZ for some other girls (who knew self defense was illegal in AZ).
