Winchester M70 Extreme Weather Reviews?

I have been a T/C Icon man since they were released. I own 5, but am wanting another rifle in the same price range. Looking at Kimber Montana, X-Bolt SS, and the M70 EW. I got to shoulder the M70 last night and I'm in love. It feels great and the bolt is very smooth. The B&C stock is nice as well. I shouldered the X-Bolt and thought it was nice but the 70 fit me better. I have never shouldered nor shot a Kimber. My only question is about accuracy. All of my Icons are Sub-Moa and my 30TC came with a test target of .115. How is the accuracy of the new m70's. I know accuracy is not everything but it is nice to have a sub-moa rifle. Caliber I'm looking at is 7mm-08
