Looking for Info on these Headstamps

These look to have L C 0 7 ?? and L C 0 8 ?? Does that mean Lake City with 2007 & 2008 dates? An old bandaleer of 200 rounds blank 308's. What kind of value would these have? Thanks in advance for your input!

    You are correct on the mfg and dates. These are of value/use to honor details who use the M-14, but not much to anyone else. the brass is to difficult to trim and configure for reloading - unless you are snowed in for a month.

    Also, if I recollect, the brass used for blanks is not subject to the same quality controls as for live ammo. It may be dangerous to trim and load.
    Just put it on the auction side, there are some reenactors who use the stuff.
