ATI/GSG same as Sig Sauer 1911 22s?

Does anyone know if Sig Sauer is making their own 1911-22 (which says "Made in Germany" on it)or is GSG (German Sport Guns) making it like they make the ATI one?? They look identical, especially the rear sight, except for grips, lettering. I want a full size 1911-22 and don't care for the Chiappa and the new Browning is of reduced size. Thankyou.

    IMHO it's probably a GSG product. They make the Mosquito that SIG also sells under their name.

    You might go to the Rimfire Central site, to verify this. Sig products are much discussed over their, they would know.

    Going with a quality US manufactured .22 conversion unit, would be your best bet, rather then the Euro made potmetal trash.
