Ruger Mark I value

A guy I know has a Ruger Mark I .22 blued with a 4 inch bull barrel. It runs great and the bluing is 90-95%. It comes with 4 mags. What would a good deal on this be?

    $200 to $300 would be fair. Original Ruger used mags, are in the $10-$15 range. Make sure the barrel hasn't been cut back though. The original Mark I target guns, came with 5" bull and 6 3/4" tapered with adjustable sights. If his has a 4" bull it might be something that bubba did freehand in his garage.

    Depends on how old it is and how original it is. If it is old enough where it came in the Salt Cod box, and it is still with it, it should be worth a good $$. Just standard MK I...I have to agree with rufe.
