I inherited some guns and have no idea of their worth. I'm interested in selling them. I have a Springfield Model 82 Single Shot Rifle 22 cal; a Mossberg Model 44 Target Rifle 22 cal.;
Remington Model 514 single shot 22 cal; Stevens Arms Company 410 single shot with no model or serial number. It says reg. us patent off. fgn. All 4 guns are in good working order and at least 50-60% original. Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks.

    We inherited a gun collection and custom cabinet from my late father in law. We are not collectors and wish to determine the value for possible sale. We are located in the San Diego area.

    The guns are:
    .300 Magnum Weatherby Custom Rifle w/ Weatherby Imperial 4x81 Scope- Excellent Condition
    .22 cal Rifle Winchester pump Model 62. Originally 22 short, re-chambered to 22 long rifle. Fair condition.
    .22 cal Long Rifle Anschutz (Savage) bolt action. w/ 4x Redfield Scope Excellent Condition. Model#141.
    .270 Magnum Weatherby Custom Rifle w/ Weatherby Scope. Excellent condition.
    12 Ga. Winchester Model 12 Shotgun- 2 _". . W/Lyma Choke WS-1. Excellent Condition
    12 Ga. Browning over and under shotgun-2 _". Made in Belgium. Excellent Condition. From what I can tell, this gun looks like a pigeon grade.
    .45 cal Colt Handgun. US Army issue M1911A1, Clark Custom 45. Excellent condition.
    .25 cal Colt Handgun. Poor condition.

    Hello If you do a search on guns for sale here or better yet at guns that have been sold here in the last 90 days that are the same make /model/condition as the one that you have this will give you a good bench mark on what yours are worth. Dont look at the guns that have reserve auctions as these most times have reserve much higher then actual value . and some have been listed for years. Other then that method take some detailed, in focus, well lit, Close-up pictures of each one. Then look at the top od this forum for post that have title STICKY "HOW TO POST PICTURES" and use your pictures hosted by an online photo service. Without pictures we cant really give you a accurate value think of it as an ad for a Car or house . compared to pictures or looking at the item in person.
