What tubes interchange with the Brownings (not the invector plus)? Is it Winchester & Mossberg? Any else? Thanks

You can have custom choke makers restrict it tighter, but its just a accident waiting to happen. I have blown the end off of one that was just too tight, and once you tighten them too much they start flying everywhere.

There are all kinds of specialty companies making shot gun chokes. . But be aware Tighter choke does not always equate to a small pattern size. Rule of thumb the larger the size of shot The more often a tighter choke can actually open up the pattern even sometime with large holes with no shot in these areas. You need to shoot each brand of shell as well as shot size to see what your Barrel likes.

As perry shooter said, "Tighter choke does not always equate to a small pattern size."

I had the full choke on my Rem 100 3'' magnum barrel reamed because I thought a modified would suit my purpose better. The reaming job opened up lead-shot patterns only slightly, but that reamed barrel shot the roundest, tightest full choke patterns with steel shot I ever saw.

I kept it for long-range waterfowling and bought a Remington steel-shot barrel with choke tubes for pattern variety. The full choke tube works okay with lead shot, but with steel it gives irregular patterns. To get nice round modified patterns with steel I use the IC tube.

I can't comment about any of the extended-range turkey tubes that are available. Haven't tried them.

Try other loads, changing wads and even hulls can make a difference.
