Hello,

I went to a gun show today and found a Winchester Model 59 that was in perfect condition. I was very impressed how light this 12 gauge was. It had a 28" barrel and was a modified choke. Does anyone have any experience with this gun? Would this be a good gun to buy? I would use it for hunting small game and skeet and trap shooting. Were there any problems with this gun? Thank you.

    Hello,

What are considered light loads for the Winchester Model 59? I understand that heavier loads should not be used in this gun. Could someone give me an example of what type of 12 gauge shells I should purchase to use with this gun? With light loads would I be able to shoot trap and skeet with this gun? Thank you.

I recently acquired a Winchester Model 59 12GA. It has a screw in choke in the WinLite barrel. Does anyone know where I can get other chokes for this barrel?

promo dove loads they will most likely only have 1ounce of shot and either 3 or 3&1/4 Drams equivalent powder.
