1975 Combat Commander on CA 'approved' list?

Does anyone know if a pre-Series 80 Commander could be transferred into CA from out-of-state? I've had an offer on my Colt, but don't think it would be on the approved list. Thanks

i thought I read that series 80s only were on the list, but i don't know

The ATF website should have a list.

Iam sure its not on the list. Older models like the series 70 Colts were not submitted for testing.

Private party transfers are exempt from the list, but it would already have to be in Cal first. If its out of state it cannot come in unless on the list or as a C&R gun.
