i would like to know what is the difernce in the P-210-8 and the P-210-6-9s heavy frame.

    210-8 is built on the heavy frame but has the American style mag release (at the base of the right triggerguard, like a 1911).

    210-6-9 is also built on the heavy frame, but has the European mag release at the heel of the gun.

    Other differences are that the 210-8 doesn't have the mag safety and it has a slightly widened safety lever.

    i have a p-210-6-9 heavy frame. it has target sights & target triger. my shooting budy has a p-210-6-9s same as above except it has side mag. release. sig list a p-210-8 features are the same as the p-210-6-9s heavy frame. what am i missing? p-210-8 & p-210-6-9s seeme to be the same gun. ????
