American Arms PK22 was a rebranded Erma EP-452. Magazines (not "clips") should interchange freely between the two.

Magazines for the Excam RX-22 and the Erma EP752 will lack the finger rest, but are otherwise similar and should also function.
Edit: I take this back. . .even though I saw this posted in more than one place (see next post, below), it appears to be false.

Unfortunately for you, this guns have been out of production for nearly 20 years, and parts/mags for any of these are going to be pretty hard to locate.

This place lists one, they may or may not actually have it in stock:

    http://www.blueridgegunparts.com/p_mag.html

General parts available here, they're out of mags:

    http://www.gunpartscorp.com/catalog/Search.aspx?filter=american+arms+pk22

This source is out, but they do have a picture of the mag for you to compare with:

If you're desperate, it *might* be possible to modify a Beretta or other magazine to function, but doing this isn't necessarily easy.

Edit: If you really get desperate, you might try converting a Beretta 70/71 .22LR magazine. I have no idea how easy this is, or even if its possible at all, but since this post describes the reverse conversion (Erma to Beretta), you *might* be able to get away with it:

Sorry Bean Town; the EP752 does NOT fit the PK22. I have both. For sure no fit! The EP752 also has a finger rest.

Ick. . .if you're tried this, then you must be right.

Edit: You're DEFINITELY right, the links to stock images of the mags show that they are dissimilar in size, and also here's a link to good images of all the Erma .22s, again showing the dissimilarity in size:

    452 vs 752 mags:
    http://www.ammoclip.com/E/erma_ep752.htm
    http://www.ammoclip.com/E/erma_ep-452__22lr.htm

    Erma .22s:

Unfortunately, I've seen exactly what I've quoted above in multiple places on the web (see below). Looking at pictures of the actual guns, its probably wrong. [:(] Sorry about that.

Understandably, it can be hard to keep the names of these guns straight, and I wonder if different guns have gone by the same name!

To be clear here, I think the following guns are all either identical or fairly similar. All of these appear to be clones of the Walther TPH, itself a mini-clone of the PPK in .22LR. I think mags should interchange between most, if not all of these:

    Iver Johnson TP22
    Excam RX-22
    Erma EP542, EP552, EP652, EP752 (don't ask me the differences; I have no idea)
    American Arms PX-22, CX-22 (ditto).

    Erma 552:

On this forum one author stated that the PK22 will accept mags from the Iver Johnson TP22 (and therefore probably the others). Don't know if that's right: Edit: It can't be correct, see above

And here is essentially the same thing again:

I bought 4 or 5 extra mags for my IJ TP22 from a guy in Iowa(I think).Only about 1/2 worked like they should. I think they were in the $25 range. There were 2 sizes of this type of pistol similar to the Walther PP and PPK with one holding 8 or 9 and the smaller 6 or 7 shots.
