I have a Sig P232, 380, SS. Does someone know if the trigger can be adjusted so it does not have such a long pull when cocked? Also best ammo for most accurate and least kick. Thanks to you people who know these things in advance of your telling me.

Sig makes a short trigger for its larger frame pistols, but I don't believe it will fit the .380. For lower recoil "carry" loads you might try the Federal Personal Protection line. Most practice loads will be about the same - 90-95 grain bullet at 900-1000fps - so there will be little difference in the recoil level. The accuracy among name-brand manufacturers will also be very similar. To reduce recoil significantly you may have to reload and then you will be faced with reliability questions as this is a "blow-back" operated pistol and needs a certain level of recoil to operate properly.
