They had some Remmington golden _____ 22 ammo and I purchased it.
What do yall see as the best / better 22 ammo. ( please not the ones available.) Winchester has several versions as do others. Whats the difference.
Thanks

All those who believe in psychokinesis raise my hand.
This source appears to be out of stock, but they could probably backorder some for you: http://tinyurl.com/4x8xqkg
Any local gunstore that stocks any other Winchester ammo could probably get you some, if you ask them to.
This looks like Winchester's version of the CCI Stinger. Cabelas sells them for around $6.00 a box. I like them.
Yeah, seems like there are multiple versions of these "hypervelocity" .22LR rounds now.
There are different variations in bullet weight, but most are using slow burning powders and 30-33 grain light weight bullets to pick up extra velocity. Many (but not all) use the longer-than-normal cases to stuff in more powder.
Aguila's "Supermax" ammo is basically the same thing (though faster). I've shot a bunch of this and you really do notice the extra "zing" when shooting it. Unfortunately, my experience with it is that its not been super-accurate, partly precluding what would seem to be its natural use as a sort of substitute for a .22 magnum for 100 yard-type small game hunting.
Remington has its "Yellow Jacket", again similar.
At one point Winchester came out with a similar round using a NON-lead bullet, too.
And there are probably others.
For Pday, getting back to the actual question, Winchester "Supreme" is the line name. The specific brand is called "Xpediter" and you might have a bit more luck finding them locally if you specifically ask for them using THAT name.
Other potential sources? Take your pick:

I also found probably another 3-4 places that list them online, but show them as out of stock. Not sure what that means, other than that supply is probably somewhat limited.
