I have a S&W Mdl 66 SN 2K64739. Can anyone give me a date of manufacture?
I would greatly appreciate any info available.

I've just acquired a Ruger Old Army in 45 cal. SN is 140-12406 and was wondering if anyone knew when it was made. Has some rust and a few pit marks, other than that nipples are see through clean and barrel looks real good. Lady said her Dad died over 20 yrs ago and it hasn't been fired since.
Appreciate any help.

winchester 94 1043611 purchased from a barrel in a country store 50 years ago. also a winchester mod 61 i got in 1985 fired about 10 times.
