after mart glock spring & rod guides

Hello,
I've been looking at my brownell's catalog and wondering if the aftermarket spring & rod guides for glock's are worth it? They seem sound logicly, but what about reality?

Take a look at Wolff's web sight. They make sets for the Glocks. I put their system in my Glock 30 45 acp. The Wolff has a steel rod and they make 5 different weight recoil springs for the Model 30.

I too went with Wolff when I had my Glock 21 and it made a big difference.

Tried one of hte guide rods that had mercury or somethign similar in it - supposed to reduce recoil. No difference when shooting, but you sure could feel the difference while holding it.
