sp-101 front sight

Good evening, does anyone make after market front sights for the Ruger SP-101? I would like to get a front sight with some color (night sight?) for my wife's SP-101, although I must admit I love to shoot it also. Thanks for all of your input.

    I know there are night sights for the Super Redhawk and the GP100 but I didn't see any for the SP101. You could do a search on the internet for additional information.
