Hello,
My first time on at the forum.
My question is: I believe I have a 36 cal. percussion rifle made by J H Adams (name is on the top of barrel behind the back sights.) I have done much researh and cant find this makers information. The gun has all silver butt plate, patch box, etc. Cherry Stock, hair trigger, very well made rifle with some old repairs noted. The gun was given to me when I was 13 and I was told that it came from the south ie. Tennessee area or in that general location. Any help would be greatly appreciated in finding more information on this rifle.
Thanks,
