Please tell me the cheapest and easiest way (or carrier) for an individual to ship ammo to another individual. Are there any packing or labeling requirements?
Thanks in advance for your insight.

Search for "Ammo Shiping", it's been covered many times.

    In a nutshell:
Ammo can NOT be shipped via the USPS.
Ammo must be shipped "ground" via common carrier
Ammo shipments must carry the tag "ORM-D Small Arms Ammunation"
Ammo shipments must be dropped off at a main hub, NOT a storefront or dropbox (you can have the driver pick them up at your house/place of busness however)
Hax-Mat fees do NOT apply to ammo

As tailgunner said. Keep the weight under 62 lbs, and is not hazmat. Over that, it can be. decription on shipping papers is "cartridges, small arms"
