Awhile back I asked for some help on what to buy a 454 BFR or a S&W 500, thanks to all for the feedback, unfortunately the responses didn't help me decide, too many good arguements for both --- So now I sit here with both in my safe, and still don't know which is more fun, thanks.

Tommorrow I drop the wife at the airport and go to the next gun show, time to tackle the AK vs AR dilemma - sure am glad she's gone for 2 weeks, I'll miss her but maybe I can sneak both into the safe and then swear they were always there!

i have two guns i wanted to see if i can get the value of. we fell on hard times but wanted to know what would be fair prices to ask

first one is a Smith and wesson 38 specail CTG serial number 52155 model 15-3

Second o.f mossberg & sons inc new haven, conn. usa 46mm 22 s-l-lr when i boutgh it the sales person said it was from 1940-1945 cant find other numbers besides the ones i put up

MBK thanks for the advice on the pistol. It may very well be a Webley, I just have to figure out a way with the markings to show that it is. or a version there of.. The original thread is locked, but I want to thank all of you that helped identify my old gun. Even though it's not worth much, it remains a valued family artifact.
