ruger 22 lr standard re-assemble ?

my nephew took his ruger standard apart to clean it,,,,having sold mine off years ago..i cannot for the life of me remember the way to replace the mainspring housing ..i get it to fit into the receiver and thru the top of the bolt but as i swing it down..all it does is pull away...what is the secret to this thing...?..any help appreceiated[:D]

got it...i forgot to angle the hammer into the right position...all set...boy do i feel stupid...owned one for 20 friggen years think i would have remembered..but...lol
