    You can transfer them directly to a person who lives in your state (state & local law permitting), or to a dealer in any state.

    In addition, you may transfer a Curio & Relic to a Curio & Relic licensee in any state (state & local law permitting).

    To your question;
    No you do not need a ffl license.

    JM: givette here. Just as a matter if interest, list what items you are refering to. I'm sure several readers of this post will give you an approximate heads-up on value, either by responding to you via this post, or by private E-mail. Who knows? You may be sitting on a rare gem. Best, Joe

    hi
    the highlights of the collection are
    colt model 1903 4th issue made in 1927 (good condition)
    colt model 1903 1st issue made in 1908 (collector model, markings almost faded)
    s&w .22 long rifle (i think is model 17-2 or k-22)
    s&w .455 2nd model cal 45 (this might be a mark II, commercial model)
    s&w .38 double action (i think) not much info other than patent jan 17,24 65 reissue july 25 1871
    colt police positive .38 special
    s&w model 10 .38 special (serial starts with a C)
    remington rolling block cal 7mm patented 1901 or 1902

    let me know what you guys think thanks
