Thoughts on a 20 cal

I am having a discussion with a friend on what 20 cal to get. He is looking at a 20 Ruger and I think the 20 Tactical is better. I told him I would post this so I am sure we will hear his thoughts. Love to hear everyone's thoughts too.

20 PRactical is the best. Use 223 brass, neck down and you are done.

About 98% of a regular 204 Ruger round in velocity and energy.

That is all the 20 Tactical is too...a necked down 223. What is the difference between the Tactical and Practical since they are both just a 223 necked down?

A 20 tactical or 20 Vartarg are on my list for next to buy a barrel in for my Encore. I like the small powder charges now that powder is as expensive as gold.

A 20 practical is just a 223 necked down. the 20 tactical is a 223 necked down and the shoulder pushed back and shouldr angle sharper. The target and animal can't tell the difference.
