Do any of you know much about these. I have a Remington 700 in 308 that came with a cheap plastic stock. I was thinking about getting a ultimate varmit stock for it. Any opinions?

Those stock are ok better then the cheap ones, I have one on my Savage 110 FP. There was not many stock when I got the Choate stock. It is heavy and wierd to handle. Also look Bell & Carlson next, then McMillan stock.
