What is a baby nambu worth? In very good to excellent shape.

BIG BUCKS but it would IMHO need to have a hands on to make sure it was original. Be careful if someone has offered you one for sale . I would venture to say that 95% of these after 60+ years of post WW II are in collector hands. sort of like finding a Patterson Colt.

How could anyone make money by faking a baby nambu. You would have to build one by hand, wouldn't you? Cost in time and effort would be greater that you could sell it for.

You could pawn one off as all original, while having it be a Frankenpistol.

Local shop I help with computer stuff had one last year, sold for $4000... also included 4 rounds of ammo for it (ammo is up there for it as well - $75-100/rnd)
