Both are great guns for a very good price. You do need to look at the Uberti's, They are owned by Beretta and make the Beretta guns

Take a look at one of the old model Ruger Vaquaros. Better gun.

I own an old model Vaquero and I have owned a Uberti made. The Uberti feels more like a Colt SAA in the hand(prob why Ruger makes the new model) but the Old Model Ruger Vaquero of mine is super accurate. I can hit steel plates at 75yds with it all day long. It can also digest a little hotter loads than the Italian guns. If you come across one Uberti made and probably still makes one with dual cylinders .45LC/.45ACP which was nice to have. Love my Vaqero though-.45 Colt 4 5/8" stainless with Hogue "ivory" grips[:D]

Pietta makes fine SAA copies. They used to be a little sub standard, but like Taurus have come miles in the last few years. I do believe that EMF is selling them at a wonderful price.

Don't buy the Taurus SAA clone. I shoot locally with a SASS club and all the folks who purchased the Taurus guns were soryy. The Taurus had a lot of malfunctios and no one I know was satisfied with them.

Get the Uberti gun. My advice is to get your local dealer to order the Cimarron version of the Uberti through Cimarron.
