Spider hits it right-- not a large demand. And badsbsn's estimate for even in great condition may even be high? As everything under the sun, condition and demand is everything in setting a price.
Don't know if you are interested, yet the shotgun you are asking about was a High Standard Model 10, sold by Sears under their house brand J.C. Higgins name. High Standard, known mostly for quality hand guns, did make good enough rifles and shotguns also...

Not knowing your purpose for asking a going price, whether just curious, plan on selling, buying one, etc, if it is a family owned piece, sentiment in keeping it could out-weigh dollar value, my opinion.
