Anyone recognize this Brescia Lock symbol? new pic

Experts:
Does anyone recognize this symbol on the lock of a Brescia percussion rifle, said to be an antique? There are some other markings on the barrel of the rifle as well.

    Also, would you call this a smoothbore rifle? Caliber size appears to be approx. 30-36.IMG_0686.jpg

    Hello I suspect that this is an older lock that was recycled into a a rifle/smooth-bore sometime in the last 20 years. the rest of this gun looks crude to me and I think all parts are modern KIT parts with the barrel as a barrel blank never bored and rifled and made to look old to deceive a future buyer.
